Minimum Passing Marks Increased for Intermediate Exams

The Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC) has declared that the minimum passing marks increased for intermediate exams. The passing marks have increased from 33 to 40 and will be imposed starting in the next academic year.

IBCC Executive Director Dr. Ghulam Ali Mallah has also disclosed that the students get grace marks in board exams which is a part of broader educational reform initiative.

He stated that the commission has decided on a close-choice format, giving students 100 percent options in their exams.
