Women University Multan has implemented a QR Code Labeling System that allows the supervisory staff to access all details of a candidate with a single click.
According to the university spokesperson, Women University Multan launched the QR Code system to ensure transparency in PhD examinations, making it the first university in South Punjab to provide all academic details of its students with a single click.
Deputy Director IT, Atif Raza, stated that this system was applied during the PhD entry tests in the current admission season, where system-generated QR codes were allocated.
The supervisory staff can scan these QR codes to access all details of a candidate, helping to prevent impersonation cases. The QR code is linked to the university’s central database, providing instant access to all details. In the future, this system will be applied to the records of all students.
