The Department of Education has announced that the government schools will begin admissions on March 15, 2024. They have given target to increase admissions up to ten percent, aiming to give admissions to more 280,000 students. The principals of schools who will not complete the target will face the results.
All schools have to accomplish their targets till October 31, 2024 and the new academic year will start on April 1.
The education department is emphasizing the importance of enhancing the admissions of the students to improve the approach of standard education.
The parents are advised to take part in the process of admissions so that the students can benefit from the government schools.
